Our range of WIKA Instrument Valves:
With 2-valve manifolds, the block-and-bleed version is standard. The shut-off valve separates the process from measuring instruments such as pressure gauges, switches or transmitters. By closing this valve and venting, the instrument can then be safely removed for services like recalibration or replacement.
The 3-valve manifold consists of two shut-off valves and one pressure compensating valve. The shut-off valves separate the process from the differential pressure measuring instrument. The pressure compensating valve enables the compensation between ⊕ side and ⊖ side to avoid one-sided overpressure during commissioning and operation.
The 5-valve manifold is equipped with two additional vent valves. This allows for the venting of one or both pressure sides of the measuring arrangement.
Due to its one-piece design and the use of metal & graphite seals, the Monoflange can withstand high overpressures & high working temperatures.
In combination with pressure measuring instruments, diaphragm seals or level measuring instruments, the valves are suitable for use in critical applications like refineries or steam generation systems. Monoflanges can also be used to eliminate “fugitive emissions” in chemical applications or for processes with critical gases due to the bubble-tight leak-tested metal seat.
With its very compact dimensions, the monoblock can be used in a wide range of applications providing high overpressure safety within a large spectrum of temperature ranges. The modular design allows an arrangement of ball valves and/or needle valves in the same valve body. The monoblock has been designed specifically to fit into the small space of control panel and valve battery installations.
The monoblock has been designed to meet the requirements of the process industry, especially for natural gas and aggressive fluid applications. The compact design integrates one or two shut-off valves to separate the process from the instrument side in combination with a vent valve.
The modular design allows an arrangement of ball valves and/or needle valves.
Designed for liquid & gas flow control, the valves are available in a variety of body styles and are suitable for manual operation in temperatures ranging from -196°C to 315°C.
Connections from ¼” to 1” NPT (15k), 1/4” to 1” Coned and threaded tube (20k) and 1/4” to 9/16” coned and threaded tube (30k to 60k).
Standard materials of construction include AISI 316L cold-worked stainless steel and glass-filled PTFE.
