KPM KC7 Microwave Consistency Transmitter
Measures total consistency of mixed pulps, different quality pulps, and pulps with fillers.
With the reliable and well tested microwave true-phase measurement technology it has proven excellent measurement accuracy. Additionally the transmitter’s straightforward design, with no moving parts, guarantees high uptime and a minimum of maintenance.
KPM KC5 Rotating Consistency Transmitter
With its wide range sensor, KC5 Rotating Consistency Transmitter is applicable to all consistencies between 1.5–16% with the patented built-in gate valve assembly, the transmitter can be installed and removed while the process is running and with the revolutionary direct-drive servo motor KC5 requires no maintenance, since there is no belt to change.
KPM KC3 Blade Consistency Transmitter
KC3 Blade Consistency Transmitter, is a reliable and maintenance free transmitter. Its patented, shock resistant seal-less transfer mechanism with unbreakable diaphragm makes it the only transmitter in the market with no moving parts or o-rings seals in the transfer mechanism, making it impossible for process liquid to leak inside sensor.

KPM KS Pulp Samplers
KPM Pulp Samplers provide representative sampling from the process line safely and diminishes errors by the operator. The sampler breaks through the water layer inside the pipe, eliminating dewatering from the sampling process.
This includes the KPM KS2, which covers low consistency screened applications. The KPM KS4 and KPM KS6 samplers handle unscreened extractions with a cutting piston.
