Stream introduces the new weatherproof Fluidwell F103 Flow Logger / Totalizer for use in Hazardous Areas
With inbuilt flow logging capabilities the Fluidwell F103 Flow Totalizer is a first in the F-Series range. Displaying simultaneous flow rate and total, as well as accumulated total, daily total and upto 15 previous day totals - its rugged construction, unique plug-and-play design and attractive pricing makes the F103 the perfect flow logger for liquid and gas flow measurement in Class I, Division 2 hazardous areas.
Monitoring and recording flow measurements and historical data events over time, the optional enhanced flow logging feature can register upto 1500 interval, 600 daily and 724 event records, with log interval can be user defined from every minute to daily. Events, such as cleared total, changed menu settings or factory reset can also be logged. Each log contains flow rate, total, acc. total, date and time stamp and log number. The log can be downloaded as csv file with the free software tool.
Able to withstand extreme weather conditions such as rain, snow, sun, sandy deserts, salty atmospheres in temperatures from -40°C to +70°C without the need for expensive protective cabinets the F103 ensures a robust, versatile instrument that is easy to install in new or existing installations.
Like all instruments in the Fluidwell range, the F103 is quick and simple to configure – either using its intuitive inbuilt set-up menu or via PC connection using the free downloadable Configuration Software.The F103 can be used with any flowmeter, even those with low frequency pulse outputs and can provide very precise linearization of the flow meter signal, through either the average K-Factor or with linearization, where up to 15 flow points can be entered.
The F103 also provides a selection of pulse and analog output signals, along with the option of Modbus communication – essential for energy monitoring communications.
