Fluidwell 300 Batch Controller
Originally supplied as the Stream ST-3, the Fluidwell 300 series Batch Controllers provide a full numeric user interface for easy operator use and extensive recipe driven functionality.
The ST-3 Series encompasses a versatile range of batch controllers and loading systems for all liquid applications. With standard features including full user keyboard, 80 character alphanumeric display, extended software functionality and choice of case designs the ST-3 ensures system flexibility and can be used with almost any flowmeter, valve and pump.
The ST-3 Series ensures clear, accurate operator information – achieved through a defined user menu structure and the numerical keyboard facilitates quick batch quantity entry in addition to rapid selection of pre-programmed quantities. On board process diagnostic routines ensure excellent repeatability and provide measurement certainty and confidence even with fluctuating flow conditions.

ST 310 Batch Controller
The ST-310 batch controller can be used with the entire range of Stream flowmeters and has been developed for accurate batching of liquids. The simplicity and structure – both for programming and operation – ensures a reliable control and management of liquid flows. The numerical keyboard allows easy changing of the desired batch quantity.
ST-313 Batch Controller with Print Driver
The Fluidwell 313 batch controller offers ticket printing function and can be used with any Stream Flowmeter – ideal for tanker loading and inventory control. Ticket formatting is simple and prints all kinds of information including preset and actual batched quantity with time and date stamp.
ST320 Batch Controller with up to 14 Batch Presets
The ST-320 Batch Controller offers comprehensive functionality to control and monitor your batching process perfectly. In additional to the features of the standard ST-310 the ST-320 allows upto fourteen different preset-values to be entered into the units memory.
ST326 Tanker Loading Computer
The ST-326 tanker loading computer is a preset system especially designed for the automation of loading applications, whether in Safe or Hazardous areas. The analog actuator control output is used to precisely regulate valve closure during an eight stage ramp-down cycle.
ST330 Dual Batch Controller to Control Two Batches Simultaneously
The ST-330 dual batch controller incorporates two separate batch controllers in a single enclosure. This means for example that you can batch 25 ml and 30 m³ at the same time or 5 Gallons twenty times and 2000 kg once. The batches can be started up at any time as well as changing the preset values. For each product separate values are entered to monitor the permitted batch size and flow rate.
