Our multi-year Service Level Agreement (SLA) with our customer followed on from the supply of a number of batching systems to this site utilising our own Stream Unipulse UP20M 2” positive displacement flow meters incorporating Fluidwell’s F130 batch controllers.
Solution
During the first two years of the SLA we were able to work closely with the customer to refine the accuracy of the system, improving increased manufacturing efficiencies and quality performance of their products through our onsite flow meter calibration and commissioning services.
Outcome
As a result of the continual accuracy and performance gains of having this SLA our customer has requested an extension to the existing agreement.
