Enterprise Wharf is being developed on the Innovation Birmingham Campus by Bruntwood SciTech, which will offer space to digital and tech companies.
The ten-storey, 120,000 sq. ft. complex will be a 'smart-enabled' building aimed at reducing emissions, lowering operational costs and optimising workers' experience and wellbeing.
Solution
Stream Measurement were delighted to secure and work in collaboration with Direct Control Systems on the supply and support of heat & water meters.
Outcome
Our heat and water meters installed throughout the building will monitor energy usage which businesses within the complex can then harness to optimise heating, lighting, and air quality.
