For fluids with a conductivity greater than 20 μS/cm (0.5 or 5 μS/cm when the sensor is fitted with a pre-amp) the Fill-Mag is available in bore sizes 1mm to 100mm – offering flowrates from 0.03Lts/min to 240m3/Hr.
The fill-mag has an exceptionally fast response time essential when high speed filling and the system monitors batch cycle quantities, using a a special corrective algorithm to correct changes, preventing under or over filling.
- AC powered, with IP67 protection, the Fill-Mag transmitter provides two line LCD displays counter and dosing values. Alternatively the transmitter can be supplied with Opto-coupler or Relay contacts.
