ST-330 Dual Batch Controller to Control Two Batches Simultaneously
The ST-330 dual batch controller incorporates two separate batch controllers in a single enclosure. This means for example that you can batch 25 ml and 30 m³ at the same time or 5 Gallons twenty times and 2000 kg once. The batches can be started up at any time as well as changing the preset values. For each product separate values are entered to monitor the permitted batch size and flow rate. The overrun correction is logged and executed for each batch individually. For clear identification alphanumerical product names of up to 17 characters can be entered.
During the batch the product-name, preset value, batched quantity, flow rate, remaining quantity and status are displayed. The status screen will indicate if a batch is ready, running or in an alarm situation.
