ST 320 Batch Controller with Upto 14 Batch Presets, Two Stage Control with Analog &
The ST-320 Batch Controller offers comprehensive functionality to control and monitor your batching process perfectly. In additional to the features of the standard ST-310 the ST-320 allows upto fourteen different preset-values to be entered into the units memory. These are easily selected with the arrow keys or via the external inputs such as a switch or PLC - allowing total remote control. Using remote control operator error is reduced to a minimum, even for less skilled operators. Manual control of the keys can be achieved to enable flushing of the lines, valves,etc.
With the repeat function a new batch can be started automatically within 15 minutes of the previous batch and the ability to simply change the flowmeter K-factor enables calibration to be conveniently undertaken. All functions are software controlled and offer broad application areas and user-friendly control.
