ABB FSM4000 Electromagnetic Flow Meter
The FSM4000 (Stream Ref ST/SE21 and ST/SE41) is specifically designed for highly demanding applications where the fluid may be noisey or pulsating due to solid loading or the process such as in Paper Mills and Quarries.
By utilising AC powered sensors the FSM4000 operates with a field frequency that is around ten times higher than that offered by normally DC powered sensors. Together with this high field frequency, special digital filters ensure that the FSM4000 is largely uneffected by process noise and is exceptionally responsive to rapidly changing flowrates.
