New calibration contract from major health and beauty group

Stream Measurement of Oldham has recently been awarded a new contract to provide on-site repair and calibration services for the installed base of flow meters within a major international pharmacy-led health and beauty group here in the UK.
The works will incorporate a number of Process Flow meters, predominantly manufactured by Neptune and Wayne Dresser, used within their critical manufacturing processes. The flow meters, used to measure alcohol, will undergo a number of rigorous checks which will include testing the units insitu, on the application fluids, at their operating flowrates – ensuring the highest level of calibration accuracy. Once the testing is complete Stream will issue the client with a Calibration Certificate for their records.
The core team at Stream, predominantly ex-Schlumberger, have extensive design and production knowledge of flow meters - ensuring a succinct, targeted service. The team delivers a fully traceable calibration service designed to fit with current shift patterns - ensuring minimal disruption to their customers production which is supported by Stream’s own ISO 90001 Quality programme. With direct access to the widest range of spares stocked in the UK Stream engineers have the ability to quickly carryout out repairs, returning the flow meters to production and minimising plant downtime.
